Division 5!

  The short term goal for Asian Federation was reached today, when the team got promoted to division 5! The riders are all excited about this new challenge, and they are ready to take on their next goal: Establishing in the higher divisions.
  
  Tarjei Amundsen and Benoit Koehler have been making progress, and the team knows that Amundsen is either maxed in TQ or maxed overall, the team hopes for the former. Koehler have also been making progress, but his low max in CL is worrying. The club hopes he can reach a high overall to make up for this.

  I am not sure if Amundsen is maxed, the last training gave him 3+ in TQ, so he is either maxed in TQ or overall. His potential in TQ matches his current stat, so it could be either.
